If you attended 6th grade in the Northwest Rankin zone or 7th grade at Northwest Rankin Middle school and will be transferring to another school in 2020-2021, we would like to know.

We have not assigned a summer reading book; however, we encourage students to read a book or books of their choice this summer.

Students will need binders, paper, pens, and pencils to begin school. Additional supplies and course fees may be requested by individual teachers once school has started.

Watch for an email from Rankin County School District about updating your student’s snapcode information online. Online registration will begin on July 17th.

Students new to the Northwest Rankin Zone can call 601-992-1239 and set up a time to pick up a registration packet.

All students entering 7th grade must show proof of the TDaP vaccination by presenting an updated Mississippi Form 121 Certificate of Immunization Compliance.
