NWRMS New Student Enrollment & Student Withdrawals

New Student Enrollment

To enroll, you will need to stop by the school to pick up an enrollment folder; you will need to complete all paperwork within that folder and return with COPIES of all required documents listed on the front of the folder (also listed below).


REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENROLLMENT 

  • Birth Certificate 
  • MS Form 121 Shot Record (TDap immunization needed for upcoming 7th graders)
  • Social Security Card 
  • Any guardianship/custody papers, if applicable 
  • Parent/Guardian’s Driver’s License 
  • Previous school’s transcript and/or report card and withdrawal form 
  • School Discipline Record 
  • Two proofs of Residency 
  • Mortgage, lease or deed document 
  • Current Utility Bill 

Note:  If you are living with someone and you do not have any housing documents in your name, you will need to provide an affidavit.  Please see details regarding residency on the purple form in the enrollment packet.


You may return the enrollment packet to the front office any time this summer.  You will be contacted once we return from the summer July 10, 2024.
 

Student Withdrawal Process

If your student will no longer attend Northwest Rankin Middle School, you must complete the official withdrawal process. 

You will need your photo ID and your student’s computer and charger at the time of withdrawal.
